Balloon Arches and Clusters?

I truly haven't got a clue! But why don't you put this question in the arts and crafts section, hobbies i think you will get more help from there, also have you not got a fun to do crafts shop where you live? When it was my daughter's 18th they were great at helping me to find people to decorate her hall for her party. Another suggestion is go back to the people who decorated for your wedding and ask them they will be the best people. Last two suggestions post Balloon Arches and Clusters on the net and search see what comes up if you don't get a contact from there i will be very surprised. : ) The finals suggestion which is maybe a bit too much too soon is go to a small business adviser he/she will be able to advise you and you may be surprised you may be able to get some help towards setting up your business.
