Monroe piercing?

I just got my monroe well more like a madonna last weds its really irritating me while healing process im thinking about getting a job and can't wait that long for it to heal and im really thinking about taking it out I want to know what do I have to do if I just take it out today will it be ok or will I have to take care of the hole like clean it twice a day basically I want to know BEING THAT I JUST GOT IT PIERCED, CAN I TAKE IT OUT? OUT TODAY ? WHAT'S KIND OF CArE DO I NEED TO DO FOR IT SO THAT Ui won't HAVE A SCAR THERE ON MY FACE??? SOOORRY SO LONG BUT PLEASE PLEASE HELP ASAP THANKS SO MUCH
