I have lost contact with a good friend who used MySpace? Out of know where today she deleted her account.?

I don't have an e-mail addy for her or anything other than our correspondence in MySpace which they just deleted today. This is not like her at all and I don't know what to do to find her when all I have is a first name (Gina) and some other non helpful info. We are both struggling with the same medical illness and this was they key that bonded our friendship so well. Its hard to find a friend who understands you and who really knows what your life is like everyday. She is a best friend and if anyone has any suggestions that would be wonderful..... thank so much for all your help
