TV company filming in my road?

A TV company keeps filming in my road. It is a small road and they cone off areas making it inconvenient, and sometimes I come home to find they have parked over my driveway. I have just had a leaflet saying they are doing it again in a few days and are going to cone off the area on Monday night even though the filming will not take place until Wednesday and it is written as if it is their right to do this. They say that if we have any deliveries could we call them so that we could work around them.They make a lot of noise and have lighting in the street etc.I am not a kill-joy but enough is enough and I am fed up with it now. Are they entitled to do this without first asking?
