Did anyone see this Larry King Live freak out?

So I was watching this whole Carrie Prejean thing on Larry King live on I think CNN. It was doing a recap. Anyways, they mentioned this whole scandal with her sending a tape to her boyfriend. I do not think that was so bad but I mean, she is a super Christian girl so I was a little surprised. She claims it was when she was 17. Does that not mean she could be charged with distributing child ? The boyfriend claims it was when she was 21 but why would she say 17? Am I wrong here?
