How to get rid of an eye "pimple"?

well i'm a young teen and im pretty sure its not a stye because its not red or painful so i'm pretty sure its a pimple but i know its not safe to put a acne medicine on my eye since its right above my upper lashline i flipped my eyelid so i could see underneathand it looked normal no discoloration or bump underneath aand i'm worried beause i have a big photoshoot in 6 days HELP MEEE!!
