Is this a good program with teen moms getting younger, schools offer on-site help with free day care?

If those baby's having babies want to stay in school the cost of there burden should be there own. They should repay the cost of the nursery after graduation. Until it is paid they are not entitled to any more welfare. If they can't support there child after graduation it should be given up for adoption and the parent will no longer be able to get any other type of welfare until all debts are paid. Anchor babies do not qualify and should be deported along with the parents if the father can be found. Why not spend this money on our veterans and there survivors. Some gave it all.
