Is there any chance of me re-catching the same Stomach Flu I got last April?

I'm at my grandma's house for the second time since I was sick... I didn't bleach any surfaces I got sick on (I disinfected them, but not bleach). Is there any chance that my immunity to that sickness may have worn off?
