The healthy thing to do for you is leave him alone. Sounds like there is more hurt and pain in this relationship than pleasure and happiness. He doesn't trust you. You can't have a solid foundation without trust and it doesn't seem like he's trying to trust you either. If he doesn't try to trust you he can't.
