Was the Leonard-Hagler decision really as controversial as sports writers and fight fans believed it to be?

I just watched this fight again two days ago and still feel there was no robbery and the judges got the decision correct: Sugar Ray Leonard did win that fight against Marvelous Marvin Hagler. Leonard moved beautifully with his footwork and threw the snappier combinations. Leonard did win the first two rounds because Hagler decided to fight in the orthodox right handed style and although Hagler did a little better in the third I still feel Leonard won the first four rounds. I decided to score the fight myself and had Leonard winning the fight 116-112.
