What are the odd's of the Japanese attacking the United States again?

Zero chance. THe Japanese has a limited military that is for defensive purposes. After WW2 Japan agreed to a treaty that forbade them from growing an army, and in exchange the U.S. would provide defense for them againts CHina and the Soviet Union. THat agreement still exist today which is why we have Marine and Naval bases in Japan.
